15 pcs medium size lumpia wrapper (spring roll wrapper)
15 pcs finger chili or Jalapeño for spicier variety, cut in halves, unseed and remove the white part in the middle
Kraft Eden cheese (or any equivalent), cut in thin strips (do not use quickmelt cheese)
Dressing (Your Choice)
- Caesar Salad
Put strips of cheese in between 2 halves of chili. Wrapped with lumpia wrapper and seal the edges with water.
Deep fry until golden brown.
Serve with preferred dressing.
Increase the quantity of ingredients wrapper if you have a large group. Chili and wrapper is always 1:1. Good Food!
