The Simple Beef Bulalo (Bone Marrow Soup) Recipe

Ana cooked this one last year, when we went to Tagaytay. We also had Inihaw na Liempo and Potato Balls. Beef Bulalo (Bone Marrow Soup) is one of Filipinoes favorite soup. The hotter it is served, the better. This is to minimize the accumulation of sebo (fat) that hardens in the soup as it cools. Good Food!!!
